The Whistler’ is a range of products from Boann Distillery in Drogheda, Ireland.

Launched on a legendary New Year’s Eve, the Core Collection features notes of family tradition and history.

The Whistler is a whisky of a remarkable craft as old as the written word, the whistled melody and the story itself.

The single malt matures for five years in Spanish sherry butts. The barrels come from wineries in the city of Jerez de la Frontera.

Tasting notes:

Colour: Amber.

Nose: cooked fruit, leather, chocolate, tobacco, citrus peel, caramel.

Taste: Oily, leather, spices, dried figs, dark chocolate.

Aftertaste: Long lasting, of dried fruit.
