The name of this whisky comes from the fact that good bartenders see and hear many stories and things, but these stories are never told by them.

John Mulgrew, was such a bartender, a «The Quiet Man» or as they say in Irish «An Fuir Ciuin».

The Quiet Man AN FEAR CIUIN 8 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey matures for 8 years in Bourbon casks.

Awards:

– Gold medal in 2015 at The Irish Whiskey Masters, The Spirits Business.

– Double Gold in 2016 at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

Tasting notes:

Colour: gold.

Nose: fresh oak, notes of peaches, apricots, pears, hints of lemon.

Taste: Soft, fruit salad, pineapple, notes of vanilla, honey, apples.

Finish: Long lasting, notes of oak, cinnamon, pepper.
