Botran Roaju is a limited batch blend of aged rums that undergo a special refining process in barrels formerly used for wines from Roa del Duero, the place of origin of our founders.

This special expression is produced annually in small batches.

The aging of Botran Roaju includes a combination of barrels, including Ex-American Whiskey barrels, Ex-American Whiskey Medium Toast barrels, Ex-Spanish Wine (Sherry) barrels, Ex-Portuguese Wine (Port) barrels and Ex-Wine barrels from Roa del Duero, Spain.

The final phase in Roa del Duero wine barrels gives the rum a distinct regional character, combining both the influences of the rum-making process and those of the wine-growing region. (automated translation)
