Blue and gold, two colours that generally don’t go together, but in Mauritius they go hand in hand. Blue sea and golden sand, a great combination. Also Blue Mauritius Gold, a stunning rum rich in tropical fruits, notes of dark chocolate and toasted nuts. A rum that comes from paradise.

A molasses rum, distilled at 95%. The molasses is aged for 36 hours before distillation. The white spirit is then reduced to 60%, blended and stored in ex-wine Porto casks, which gradually develops its natural flavour while eliminating the bitterness otherwise typical of aged alcohol. In less than a year, the colour stabilisation process is complete. Due to its maturation process, there may be some sediment in the bottle. The precious liquid is poured into heavy French glass and sealed with a wooden stopper and a transparent seal.

40% abv
