The entire S.B.S range comprises only classic rums, no blends, in order to emphasize the versatility of rums as well as their unique quality and exquisite taste.

S.B.S. Guyana 1998 was distilled in 1998 in a 4-column Savalle still at the then operating Uitvlugt Distillery. The ICBU designation on the label represents a light rum style and is also a tribute to Ignatius Charles Bourda Uitvlugt, the founder of the distillery. After maturing for 24 years in ex-bourbon barrels, this molasses rum was bottled with an alcohol content of 56.4%. It is particularly noteworthy that no sugar or colourings were added during the production of this rum, which emphasizes the purity and authenticity of the product.
