S.B.S stands for Single Barrel Selection. As the name suggests, only one barrel is bottled for each product in this product line from 1423.

Each barrel is selected for the respective bottling under special criteria and offered with a limited number of bottles.

The entire S.B.S line includes only classic rums, no blends, to express the versatility of rums as well as their unique quality and exquisite taste.

S.B.S. Fiji 2004 is one of the most powerful single barrel bottlings in the current Single Barrel Selection. This pot still rum was distilled in 2004 from local molasses from the Fiji Islands. The maturation of the rum takes place for 18 years in former bourbon barrels. This is bottled in barrel strength of 68.3% and without the addition of sugar and dyes.
