The nobility of the fragrances thus preserved bursts in the mouth with vivacity. Fruity and delicately perfumed, it expresses itself fully in ti’punch. From the beginning of the seventeenth century, the first rums are distilled from fermented sugar cane juice, obtained by pressing using a fangourin. This elaboration makes it possible to preserve the full richness of the aromas of the cane. Distillerie de Savanna, located on the Bois-Rouge site, has a cane juice of exceptional freshness, immediately distilled after fermentation.
