Mezcal Nuestra Soledad Espadin

56,00

Descripción

Due to a shortage of bottles at the distillery, this mezcal was bottled in 0.75l bottles, although the actual content is 0.7l. The bottle content is identical to the standard 0.7l bottling and offers the same high-quality taste experience.

The Nuestra Soledad range is an exceptional collection based on the same type of agave, Espadín, but reflecting the diversity of different regions of Mexico. Each bottle represents the unique terroir and artisanal traditions of the villages of Matatlán, San Luis del Rio, Santa María Zoquitlán, Lachigüi Miahuatlán, La Compañía Ejutla and San Baltazar Guelavila.

This series was created to honor the differences in soils, climate and production methods of these regions. Nuestra Soledad invites us to explore the fascinating aromas and flavors that each region, shaped by Mother Earth, offers.

Santa María Zoquitlán, a small village of 1,608 inhabitants, is located southeast of Oaxaca de Juárez in the Valles Centrales region. A unique mezcal is produced here that captures the soul of the region. It is produced in the Zoqui distillery under the management of maestro mezcaleros Ignacio Parada and José Parada Valera. Made from 100% Espadín agave, this mezcal is limited to just 1,790 bottles. (automated translation)
