The Macallan Sherry Oak 18 Years Old is part of the Sherry Oak range, a collection of single malt whiskies matured exclusively in hand-selected sherry oak casks from Jerez. This special ageing process ensures exceptional richness and complexity.

During storage in Oloroso sherry oak casks from Jerez in Spain, the rich, fruity and full-bodied fine spirit («New Make Spirit») is transformed into a single malt with cult status. After bottling, the maturing distillate remains in the same casks for 18 years.
