Since its inception, Kanosuke Distillery has launched an impressive range of limited editions, with the 2023 single malt whisky being the latest addition.

Characterized by the use of peated malt from the 2018 and 2019 distillation years, this whisky underwent maturation in a unique combination of ex-shochu and ex-sherry casks before coming to fruition this year. The result is a harmoniously balanced whisky that impresses on the nose with sweet, fruity and spicy accents and on the palate with notes of citrus fruits, candied peel and a gentle cinnamon spice.
