The whisky is characterized by aromas of jasmine blossom, baked apples, pears and the typical fruity notes of Glenmorangie, complemented by a gentle depth.

For the Calvados Cask Finish, Dr. Lumsden chose a whisky that was first matured for over 10 years in American white oak bourbon casks before being finished in Calvados casks from the Pays d’Auge, which had previously held Calvados for 20 years.
