Ornabrak gin is crafted from 100% Irish malted barley and four times copper pot distilled, our unique single malt spirit is then distilled a fifth time with five carefully selected botanicals to create this complex and floral Irish Single Malt Gin.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Rich and creamy nose with underlying juniper, malt, pine, subtle spice and citrus.
Palate: Smooth and complex flavours unfolding with juniper, vanilla, pink peppercorn, and earthy citrus.
Finish: Long and persistent.

We distill home grown Bog Myrtle, Nettle, and nine other indigenous botanicals with Organic Spirit to create this unique gin. Naturally herbaceous, this London Dry Gin at 43% ABV was made to reflect the wonders of indigenous Scottish plants. At 43% ABV we feel we get the perfect balance of flavour and aroma and a better mouthfeel.
