Inspired by the Scottish poem «To a Mouse» by Robert Burns, this Highland Scotch Malt Whiskey was created.

The Timorous Beastie Douglas Laing Small Batch Release is a compilation of Highland Blends and is neither cold filtered nor with colour additives.

Tasting notes:

Colour: Amber.

Nose: floral, spicy, apricot, grape.

Taste: Soft, sweet, raisins, apples.

Finish: Long lasting, milky, sweet.
