It was distilled by seven farmers from Islay: Hunter Jackson, Ian McKerrel, Raymond Fletcher, Donald and Andrew Jones, Mark French, Alastair Torrance and Raymond Stewart.

The Port Charlotte ISLAY BARLEY Heavily Peated Islay Single Malt 2013 matures for 8 years in ex-American and ex-wine casks, these casks come from the Pessac-Léognan region in France.
