Black Thistle Distilleries is located in Brechin, in the heart of Angus, a region known for its fine fruits, vegetables and natural products.

With this abundance of regional products of the highest quality, no compromises are made in the selection of the main ingredients of gin and vodka.

A total of 53 different local botanicals and pure Scottish water are used to make the various bottlings.

Black Thistle Gin is a fusion of the cornerstones of traditional gin, green juniper, warm aromatic coriander and a blend of fragrant iris root, cumin, wormwood and wild thistles.

Tasting notes:

Nose: Coriander, juniper, herbs, spices.

Taste: Soft, crisp, spices, juniper, herbs.
