This The BenRiach is aged in small oak barrels. The smaller barrels cause a better interaction between the spirit and the oak. The whisky gains more character in less time.

Tasting notes:

Colour: Light gold.

Nose: elegant, notes of wood fire, cinnamon, heather, hints of garden fruits, peaches.

Taste: Intense, notes of peat smoke, pears, nectarines, hints of nutty oak, vanilla.

Finish: Long lasting, fresh, smoky.
