Distilled in the heart of the Scottish Lowlands, this Port Dundas represents an era that survives today in only a few carefully guarded casks. The renowned independent bottler Signatory Vintage distilled this gem on June 27, 1995, and matured it for over 30 years in a bourbon hogshead. Bottled without chill-filtration and in its natural amber splendor, the unadulterated character of the grain spirit is preserved in every nuance.

At a robust cask strength of 58.3% ABV, the whisky reveals a bouquet characterized by gentle vanilla and creamy caramel. On the palate, it displays a remarkable harmony of coconut notes and subtle fruitiness, refined by three decades of interaction with the oak. The finish is long-lasting, leaving behind an elegant vanilla sweetness accompanied by a delicate, woody spice.
