Distilled at the North British Distillery in 2008, this spirit matured for over 18 years in a carefully curated combination of first-fill sherry hogsheads and refill bourbon barrels. For this edition of the Un-Chillfiltered Collection, the renowned independent bottler Signatory Vintage consistently eschews chill-filtration and the addition of coloring agents in order to preserve the grain whisky's original texture and full aroma. This artisanal pedigree is reflected in the whisky's clear structure and unadulterated character.
