Founded in 2009 in Garðabær, the Eimverk Distillery is dedicated to capturing the authentic terroir of Iceland in a bottle. This single malt is crafted exclusively from locally grown Icelandic barley, which lends the spirit its distinctive, robust character. Following an initial maturation period in American oak casks, the whisky underwent a defining finish in first-fill Oloroso sherry casks.
