Distilled on October 25, 1995, this single malt spent its entire maturation period in a single hogshead (cask no. 2829). Independent bottler Signatory Vintage selected this cask for the exclusive "Symington's Choice" series to showcase the characteristic elegance of the Fettercairn distillery in its purest form. Strictly limited to just 157 bottles worldwide, this bottling represents a rare example of the art of Scottish distillation and was bottled on April 17, 2026, at a natural cask strength of 58.3% ABV.

Aroma: Delicate nuances of ripe pear and light apple meet the sweetness of honey and soft vanilla. A refined waxy note and subtle oak character lend elegant depth to the bouquet.
