A rare gem from Speyside: this 8-year-old single malt Scotch whisky comes from the up-and-coming Dalmunach Distillery, which has been combining modern technology with traditional craftsmanship since its foundation. Distillation took place on 11 October 2016, and the whisky was bottled on 5 March 2025 – the result is a single-cask bottling limited to just 143 bottles worldwide, with genuine collector’s value.

This unpeated single malt was matured in a first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry quarter cask, which has imparted intense aromas and a distinctive cask-matured character to the whisky. Bottled at cask strength (56.2 % vol.), this whisky is presented in its natural state – without chill filtration or colouring. The combination of a small cask size and the sweet influence of PX sherry results in a full-bodied, deeply structured Speyside whisky with real character.
