Since its founding in 2014, the distillery—located in the region of the same name—has dedicated itself to producing outstanding spirits. The foundation is 100% locally grown Odyssey barley, malted using traditional floor malting methods. An exceptionally slow fermentation process lasting over 90 hours yields a fruit-forward spirit, which is subsequently double-distilled in copper pot stills. This small-batch release—limited to 6,200 bottles—derives its distinctive profile from maturation in a combination of first-fill bourbon casks and specialized STR (Shaved, Toasted, Re-charred) red wine casks, which impart a spicy structure to the whisky.

With an ABV of 46.0% and no chill-filtration, this whisky retains its full aromatic integrity. It is particularly well-suited for connoisseurs who appreciate the interplay between robust wine cask notes and classic malt sweetness.
