This whisky, full of character, is crafted in the heart of Glasgow, right on the banks of the Clyde. The Clydeside Distillery uses 100% Scottish barley and soft water from Loch Katrine. Distilled in 2019, the spirit matured for seven years before reaching its final expression in a carefully selected ex-Madeira cask. This distinctive type of cask imparts a complexity to the spirit that far exceeds what one would expect from its age.

The malt flows into the glass in a deep, luminous terracotta hue, releasing a bouquet of ripe stone fruits and tropical nuances underscored by honey and vanilla. On the palate, the full intensity of the 55.0% ABV cask strength unfolds: candied fruits and fresh citrus notes meet creamy toffee and caramel. A refined structure of spicy oak and nutty accents creates a perfectly balanced mouthfeel, leading to a long finish featuring orange zest and dried fruits.
