Benromach Distillery in Forres, Speyside, embraces a deliberately pared-back approach: just four ingredients—malted barley, water, yeast, and the craftsmanship of experienced distillers. Each cask is filled by hand, individually weighed, hand-labeled, and stored in traditional dunnage warehouses. After maturing exclusively in first-fill sherry casks for 12 years, the whisky is bottled at 46% ABV—without chill-filtration or added coloring—delivering a character that hides nothing.
