For the exclusive "The Monuments of Scotland" edition, renowned independent bottler Signatory Vintage selected four specific first-fill Oloroso sherry butts (cask refs. 1, 2, 3, and 5) in which the spirit has developed its complexity since April 2013. Bottled without coloring or chill-filtration, this single malt stands as an authentic testament to the art of Scottish distilling.

On the nose, an inviting bouquet of milk chocolate and caramelized apples unfolds, underpinned by the characteristic spice of Oloroso sherry with notes of raisins and dates. On the palate, the power of the 50.8% ABV makes itself felt, conveying flavors of toffee, candied figs, and forest honey with remarkable precision. The finish is long-lasting and slightly dry, characterized by bittersweet cocoa, roasted almonds, and a subtle nuance of orange peel.
