The Whistler is a range of products from the Boann Distillery in Drogheda, Ireland. This whisky embodies a remarkable craft that is as old as the written word, the whistled melody and history itself.

Launched on a fabled New Year’s Eve, The Whistler’s Core Range is deeply rooted in family tradition and history. Each bottling in the Core Range reflects the dedication and skill nurtured at Boann Distillery, offering a rich palette of flavors to delight connoisseurs and novices alike.

This bottling is special because of its triple distillation, which provides extra smoothness, and the use of 100% malted barley, which is matured in two different types of cask. Firstly, the whiskey is matured in ex-bourbon barrels before being refined for at least a further 9 months in P.X. Sherry casks for at least a further 9 months.

This Irish whiskey is a perfect example of the decadent effect of the Pedro Ximénez sherry influence, which gives it an incomparable depth and complexity.
