The goal of Redemption Rye is to bring back the classic American rye cocktail.

While federal law states that a whiskey must contain 51% rye grain to be classified as a rye whiskey, Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits has decided to increase the rye content to 95%.

The average maturation of 2.5 years takes place in new charred oak barrels.

This Rye is bottled at 46% vol. for a lighter drinking experience.

Mash Bill: 95% rye, 5% barley malt.

Tasting notes:

Colour: Amber.

Nose: Rye spice, cereals.

Taste: Rye, hints of floral and citrus aromas.

Finish: Long lasting, hint of mint.
