Descripción

The Shinshu Distillery was founded in 1985 and is owned by Hombo Shuzo Group Ltd.

The name «Cosmo» refers to one of the mountain peaks surrounding the distillery in the heart of the Japanese mountains at 798 meters altitude.

The Mars Maltage Cosmo Whisky is a limited edition and unlike the classic Cosmo Whisky one gets a finish in wine casks.

Tasting notes:

Colour: Amber with reddish shades.

Nose: Dried fruit, bananas, apricot figs, red wine aromas.

Taste: Soft, brown sugar, fresh and fruity notes, peaches.

Finish: Long lasting, fine, delicate.
