Descripción

Although there is no distillery near the ruins of Finlaggan Castle, this is the home of the Lord of the Isles.

These give their name to the fine malt whiskies produced by The Vintage Malt Whisky.

Tasting notes:

Colour: Rich gold.

Nose: peat smoke, smoky bacon, hints of old leather.

Taste: Rich, oily, sweet, smoke, lemon zest.

Finish: Long lasting, peppery peat, ash.
