Dingle Single Malt Irish Whiskey is produced on the Dingle Peninsula in Ireland. The Dingle Distillery was founded by Oliver Hughes, Liam LaHart and Peter Mosley.

This single malt belongs to the new series «Wheel of the Year». The series is a tribute to the eight festivals in the folkloric cycle of the Celts.

The fire festival Samhain has been the first section of the Celtic calendar for over 2,000 years.

The whiskey is triple distilled and produced by Master Distiller Graham Coull. Maturation takes place for five years in bourbon barrels and then the whiskey receives a finish in Muscatel Casks of Fernando de Castilla.

This is a limited bottling of 10,000 bottles.

The bottling is neither colored nor chill-filtered.
