Descripción
Bruichladdich 27 Years Old Rare Cask Series 1990 is a limited-edition Islay single malt. It was distilled in 1990 and left to age in ex-bourbon casks for 17 years. In 2007, Master Distiller Jim McEwan transferred the spirit into French wine casks from a legendary chateau of the highest provenance. After another 10 years, the whisky was bottled in 2017 at 49.5% ABV. The fine French oak has added layers of buttered toast complexity to the caramel and vanilla notes of the American oak. A rare and exceptionally aged Bruichladdich single malt.
