Descripción

The Black Forest Gin is produced in a distillery that was actually made famous by the Black Forest kirsch. The first attempts to produce a gin go back more than 50 years. The specially produced spirit was then sold for 20 years until the production was stopped again. In the following years the recipe of Kammer-Kirsch was not guarded and it was considered forgotten and lost. However, at the company’s 100th anniversary celebration, the old recipe for gin was rediscovered. It was reworked and improved and so the Black Forest Dry Gin was born.

Color: Clear.

Nose: Juniper.

Taste: Harmonious, notes of lemon, coriander.

Finish: Long lasting.
